Safety is a core value for GPC Asia Pacific. It is critical in all business decisions and forms the basis of our ways of working. Our team members all play a part in contributing to our strong safety culture, and through open, proactive communication, our safe practices are continually reviewed and improved. We believe that safety is an ongoing journey and fundamental to moving forward.

At GPC Asia Pacific, we have systems in place to communicate and manage safety for our team members, suppliers, contractors and valued customers. We are diligent in recording all injuries and accidents and are passionate about learning how to continually improve. We challenge ourselves to think differently in relation to safety ingenuity including the use of technology; enabling us to understand our process, value add to our business and provide real time data.

Safety and wellbeing initiatives

Building on our Value of “We genuinely care” GPC Asia Pacific has wellbeing programs in place to assist our physical and psychological health. With programs such as EAP, Never Better and GLEW (Grow, Learn, Enjoy and Work Together) there is a range of activities and benefits to support all team members.
